Wayne has proudly served more than 17 years in law enforcement as a Detective in New Jersey and as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He has worked in proactive law enforcement including organized crime, narcotics trafficking interdiction, fugitives, homicides and gang enforcement. Wayne spent the majority of his FBI career as a member of the New York Joint Terrorism Task Force’s elite Threat Response Unit, engaging with both Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) and domestic terrorist actors and organizations. He also played critical roles in the apprehension of both the “Angel of Death” (New Jersey’s most prolific serial killer) and the principal subjects in the Boston Marathon Bombing.
As both a state and FBI tactical firearms instructor and law enforcement tactics instructor, Wayne has significant experience in bringing out the best possible performance from students. As a former WKA Muay Thai Boxer and 18+ year martial artist (Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Silat, Boxing), he has successfully merged street level combatives with martial arts platforms to create practical defensive measures. Wayne is a Kru with Kaewsamrit Gym (Thailand), a recognized World Thai Boxing Association Instructor and a certified USA Boxing Trainer.
Wayne has performed large-scale executive protection and public security assignments including command positions at New Year’s Eve Times Square, 9/11 Memorial Events, NBA and NFL drafts and personal details for multiple Fortune 100 executives.
Wayne has had the honor of training active members of DHS, ICE, FBI, US Secret Service, DEA, ATF, US Marshals, NYPD and multiple state and municipal law enforcement agencies.
A native of New Jersey, Wayne spent the first half of his career in law enforcement, starting as a Detective with a New Jersey County Prosecutor’s Criminal investigative Division (CID), a Task Force Officer with the DEA (Newark, NJ) and ultimately becoming a Special Agent with the FBI. Since retiring he has consulted and trained multiple clients to include numerous government agencies and several Fortune 100 companies. Wayne is committed to helping those in need and providing education and resources to the public.
